Policies

  1. Scheduling:

    • Our calendars open to returning clients on the 1st of every month and to the general public on the 2nd. Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

  2. Late/No show Policy:

    • Tutors are only obligated to wait for 15 minutes before considering the session a no-show. Please refer to our no-show/last-minute cancellation policy for further details. If you know that you will be running late, please let the tutor know and they will do their best to accommodate you.

  3. Cancellations:

    • We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. Should you need to cancel, we'll make every effort to reschedule! If the session fee is unpaid, it will not be charged. If pre-paid, the fee will be credited towards a future session.

    • Last-minute Cancellations or No-shows: Please note that cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled session will be considered last-minute. While we will make every effort to reschedule, it cannot be guaranteed. For prepaid sessions, the full session fee will be charged. If the session fee is unpaid, a 50% session fee charge will be added to your next bill. Thank you for your understanding.

  4. Overtime Fee:

    1. Overtime is defined as hours worked outside of 8 am - 7 pm EST. Overtime is scheduled at the tutor's discretion on an as-needed basis. A 20% overtime fee will be added to the original session price.
